In summer 2025, COYA will launch COYA Beach on Pampelonne Beach in Ramatuelle, marking the brand’s first beach destination. True to its vibrant Latin American spirit and refined elegance, this new venue is designed to be a full seaside experience from lunch to sunset.

Designed by renowned studio First Within, the venue features a bohemian and sun-drenched atmosphere with earthy tones, soft blues and yellows, raw materials, Peruvian ceramics, and lush vegetation.

On the culinary side, COYA Beach stays true to its Peruvian roots with Mediterranean flair, offering signature dishes like sea bass ceviche, lamb chops, or churros with dulce de leche.

The Pisco Bar brings COYA’s famous mixology to Saint-Tropez for the first time, mixing Peruvian tradition and creative twists. Highlights include the Pisco Royal and Margarita Amarilla.

The guest experience is completed by COYA’s signature hospitality and music, a core element of the brand’s lifestyle. The in-house label COYA MUSIC curates daily sets of deep house, afro house, and Latin beats with resident DJs and live acts.
